In our drumming classes you'll discover the world of Brazilian rhythms and learn to play samba and other Brazilian styles. Drumming is joy, movement and rhythm, a great way to unwind, recharge and experience the joy of playing together. You'll clear your mind and always leave with a smile. I've been playing drums and percussion for over 20 years and they're an integral part of my life. I play both Brazilian and African drums and travel regularly to Brazil, where I learn from the best musicians and perform with leading samba groups.
In my classes I don't only teach technique. Samba is the joy of life expressed through drums, and I pass it on the way it was passed on to me, with respect.
